I kinda wish I had gotten more shots of Scissorfight's performance myself, but my wife took the camera so it wouldn't get broken when a drunk guy started getting a little bit out of hand. About 2 or 3 different people tried to starts fights with him because he was getting a little rough with quite a few crowd members. It took 5 guys to drag him out of the club when security tossed him out about halfway through Scissorfight's set.

Damn...people like that really ruin your night don't they? Fortunately I just babbled and danced a bit. I'll make sure that I post mine from the Brighton show when I stop being lazy. (Nice picture by the way!)

I had the pleasure of going to the first two shows starting the tour(Boston and Worcester). I've been looking forward to this tour for months. Basically, I had high expectations about seeing Goblin live. Let me tell you, they totally fucking ruled! They lived up to all my thoughts and forged two unforgettable shows. I had the time of my life. I enjoyed talking with the band and hanging out. I really thought the set-list was great. The mix of old and new songs totally ruled. They sounded unbelievable with only one guitar player. I will never forget this tour. THANK YOU Orange Goblin for touring the U.S. and having such a profound effect on me. I can't wait to hear new songs! Take Care- Mark

(Nice picture by the way!) What made it even worse was after the first time the guy flipped over the barrier onto the stage and nearly took out some mikes, around 5 minutes into the set, he was about to be tossed out by one of the security guards but the lead singer of Scissorfight stopped him. Rumor was he was a friend of the band. It wasn't until after other patrons tried to start a fight with him and a few people complained to the staff that he was dragged out. As for the picture, thanks!(I'm assuming you mean my avatar) Since Bryan and Erik of Alabama Thunderpussy introduced me to Orange Goblin's music, I had to use their logo as my avatar.

Yeah I meant the avatar...I think that's the belt I ordered the other day. Damn shame I live all the way down here where none of these bands tour, you guys are very very lucky.

I'm just feel lucky to be able to catch Alabama Thunderpussy quite a lot since they're from my hometown of Richmond, VA. It was really cool seeing Bryan and Erick at that show as well and catching up on the news of the band finally finding a new lead singer. Hopefully their touring will pick up now with the addition of Kyle Thomas. To quote Bryan on their own website "Kyle is a world class singer with an impressive resumé that includes being a founding member of seminal New Orleans metal band Exhorder and singing with other acts including Floodgate, Pitts VS Preps and the legendary Trouble." I'm thinking this will help their exposure and create more overseas tours.

Mmmhmm...new singer situation looks good, can't wait for the new album. Touring to Australia can be hard because we don't have a lot of people and the cities are so far apart. But I won't give up hope.
