I just purchased one of those real big bastards that can hold about 20 x 8-10oz steaks at a time, with a hood!! Gonna be a hell of a lot of coals burning in my back yard this summer!

I think most of the country were at BBQ's on Saturday. I was at a buddies and we had the TV in the garden, 50 ft from the house. I ended up having to cook though because he'd struggle with beans on toast sober (he was pissed) and his mrs had already done enough.
I enjoy it to be fair. Theres something strangely ritualistic about BBQ's.
Then I got through a good portion of the Keg of beer he ordered and cleaned up at Poker. It was a good day apart from the quality of football. The result suited though so no harm done.

Bacardi went very well with the BBQ I attended this Saturday. It's not a drink I’m that familiar with. The hangover was minimal! I think I this will be my world cup drink.
The BBQ was accompanied by music from bands such as COC, The Almighty, Down, Slayer and Alice Cooper. Not bad considering 3/4 of the people attending dislike the music known as Heavy Metal.
Slayer did not stay on long ;O).
Friday has been booked off work in preparation for the booze-a-thon that will manifest after Thursdays game.

My tip for the perfect BBQ is to go to somebody elses with 1 pack of budget sossies as a token gesture, get hammered on all their booze, wreck the joint and go home happy.
