The CROBAR that Martyn is referring to is the drinking hole in Soho that is indeed spelt without the 'W'!
I heard some of the new Mastodon on Friday and was a little bit disappointed, I was fucking leathered though and had just heard the new Slayer, which rules, so I would like to have a second listen to Blood Mountain!

i wondered if you were talking about the bar. man i think i drank there every single day that i was in london! that jukebox was awesome...i tried to put red web on most days i was there but i think i only got to hear it once. i wish we had a place like that back home.

I've heard 2 songs off the new Mastodon, and I liked em' ok.....need to give the album a proper listen......I don't see how it can suck, its Mastodon.

I've heard the new album, it's pretty cool but on first listen, its nowhere near as good as Leviathan. Still the opening couplet of The Wolf Is Loose and Crystal Skull is pretty brutal. I think a few more listens and I'll be more enthusiastic about it.

I bought it yesterday but haven't listened to it yet. I'm stuck on that Mammatus one I got at the same time. Fecking awesome stuff
