Well, I love the early era! The two first are the best for me, I didn't list the two-cd pack I own with both albums as one 'cause that wouldn't be fair to count (Rise38) Anyway I would have to chose the debut, it's a fucking killer!! !! !!

I love Time Travelling Blues, I've been listening to it all the time lately, Nuclear Guru is my favorite song... But then after work I smoke and just chill listening to that.. I think hands down it fits what I look for in a band, its like sabbath yet more groovy/spacey'r riff after riff stuff!
the only one I don't have is Coupe de grace..

I think Frequencies From Planet Ten and Time Travelling Blues are very similar. The debut is just as groovy and spacy in my ears! It was a hard pick for me between those two... I think the awesome bass opening of Magic Carpet and the build-up on Land of Secret Dreams and Sarumans Wish and the raw coolness of Star Shaped Cloud do it for me!!! Aquatic Fanatic is also a huge favorite of mine! (All the other tracks are great too! Not one filler) It's an awesome album!!!

i had to go with time traveling blues...though big black and frequencies both come in very close behind. big black mostly so i can hear the "most drunkest man ever in the world"...

The Big Black is truly massive. Supermassive in fact!
And the hidden track is great. I love the way the answerphone cuts out before Ben's finished his last message. And is then followed by an empty message. Top comic timing!
Shame there was no hidden track on the last 2 albums, but I guess you can't force these things. they need to come naturally!

CDG is a killer drinking album...the first three are great driving albums. and i often put thieving on in the morning to wake me up on the way to work...that's what's so awesome, there's something for every occasion.
