Psychedelic music

Who loves it...who detests it!! I get to talk with quite a few mainstream musicians going around the pubs and listening to live music and most of them twitch their noses when the topic of psychedelic music is brought up! I think they're just snobs and wouldn't be able to play any decent psych music anyway, hehehehhe! I love psychedelic music in all its forms and DEF DON'T think it has anything to do with drug taking strictly speaking. Lots of disco artists do drugs, but they're not demonized.

as far as psychodelic music is concerned I like and do crazy things while listening to Acid Mother's Temple...anybody knows them? quite good

EDIT: I'd add Mogwai from Scotland and Sigur Ros from from Iceland, but I donno if you could call them psychodelic, rather neoprogrock if you ask me. nonetheless, a very very very good piece of music.
