As this is Goblins first album with a theme, does it affect the music somehow? Can it be compared to any of the released albums or is it something completely new?

There is a theme running through 'SOME' of the lyrics and song titles,but not on a big scale. wont be a concept album or any thing like that. i think for us to do something like that would be a bit 'poncy'. it won't affect the music too much though,if at all

I can't wait to hear some new Goblin! I have a good feeling that the new album is gonna rule! It was a highlight to see you guys two nights in a row in Boston & Worcester in 2006. What an awesome live band!

Any chance of special guest like that wonderful ladies voice on Black Egg? Isn't she on Time Traveling Blues too? What is her name?

The female voice on 'TTB' was Katty Heath, whereas the voice on 'Black Egg' was Sarah Shanahan.
There will be guests on the new record. A few keyboards and Hammond, a bit of harmonica (courtesy of Honkeyfinger) and hopefully a couple of surprising voices!

well,we're nearly there! 3 days until rock happens. some fine tuning to be done on Friday night,then we're in. hope it turns out good. quietly confident that we've written our best bunch of songs for a long while.
